After purchase, a memorial collection kit will be posted to you within 1–3 working days.

The kit includes:
• A secure container for ashes or fur
• Step-by-step instructions
• Return packaging for safe posting

Only a small amount of ashes or fur is required (approximately one teaspoon or less). Any unused ashes or fur will be respectfully returned with your finished necklace.

Once your inclusions are received, your pendant will be lovingly handcrafted within approximately two weeks.
